If you have video of a whisky related news story, event or a whisky related video you think may be of interest to Singlemalt TV you can send it to us for possible screening on Singlemalt TV.

The video must have been filmed by you, you must indicate in registration that you have the permission of anyone other than yourself seen in the video and any music must be royalty free, be an original composition by you, or have verifiable clearance for use.

If you intend filming a story for possible use on Singlemalt TV do not endanger yourself in any way. Do not take any risks in obtaining footage by placing yourself in dangerous situations.

Uploading any video material to Singlemalt TV indicates you have read, understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions of use (see below).

You may upload videos in the following formats

.mov, h264, mp4, m4v, flv, 3gp, avi

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRIBUTED VIDEO MATERIAL

1. By sharing any video with Singlemalt TV you agree to grant to the Singlemalt TV, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way including modifying and adapting it for editorial reasons.

2. You maintain copyright of your material and you may continue to use it in any way. Singlemalt TV does not exercise any right of exclusivity.

3. By sending your video contribution and allowing Singlemalt TV to screen it, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK, US or EU laws, that you have the right to give the Singlemalt TV permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

4. You confirm there is no-one under legal drinking age in your country of residence, appearing in the video, drinking any alcoholic beverage of any kind.

5. Your video must not show any alcohol abuse, drunken behaviour, violence or obscenities of any kind and must not show anyone driving a motor vehicle whilst intoxicated.

6. We will post your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise.

7. Singlemalt TV may need to contact you for verification purposes in relation to your contribution. By submitting your video and email address you confirm that you give Singlemalt TV the right to contact you via email should the need arise.

8. DO NOT TAKE ANY RISKS, BREAK ANY LAWS, ENDANGER YOURSELF OR OTHERS TO MAKE YOUR VIDEO.
