Video Quality

If your picture is freezing you may need to change your data rate. Click on the settings tab and change to a lower bit rate. After selecting the new bit rate click on confirm. Your player will refresh and begin streaming again. Freezing may also be a function of heavy traffic on your local server so be sure to be aware of the time of day when making assessments.

The faster your data rate the better the image quality.

Streaming Error

Some Anti Spam Filters or virus protection software may interfere with the data stream. Check by temporarily turning off any Virus or spam protection software.

Firewalls

Firewalls can stop or slow down the speed of your connection. You may either configure firewalls to optimise streaming yourself or contact your Internet Service Provider for information or assistance doing this.

Screen Resolution

Your monitor should be set at 1024 x 768 as a minumum setting to see the full player on your screen. Lower resolutions may cause the player to be cropped. Check your screen resolution by going to WINDOWS (control panel/display settings/adjust slider under screen resolution). MAC (Preferences/Displays/select resolution)
